A production-grade logistics platform built for SACCO-style courier networks: hierarchical stations, per-station M-Pesa paybills, multi-level cash handling, and a Flutter agent app that handles barcode scanning and thermal printing on the road.
Why we built it
East African parcel networks operate as cooperatives — many regional sub-stations, each with its own cash handling, supervisor approvals, and M-Pesa shortcode. Off-the-shelf dispatch software ignores all of that. We built one that doesn't: parcels move through a six-state lifecycle, agents collect cash and supervisors approve deposits, and every station has its own paybill credentials so revenue lands where it should.
