Do you maintain systems you didn't build?

Yes. We do a paid code review first (KES 15K) to understand the system, then offer a maintenance quote.

What's included in the monthly retainer?

A fixed number of hours (we agree upfront), priority response, bug fixes, minor updates, and a monthly report. Unused hours don't roll over.

How fast do you respond to critical issues?

Retainer clients get a 4-hour response SLA for critical issues (system down, payment broken). Emergency clients are ad hoc.
