The story
BulkSMS is our own messaging platform for businesses that need to reach customers by SMS at scale: marketing campaigns, transactional alerts, OTPs, and reminders. The same SMS plumbing we wire into client systems, packaged as a product anyone can log into and use.
Sender IDs are registered and managed per account, contact lists are uploaded and segmented, and messages go out scheduled or triggered by an API call. Every send is tracked to a provider delivery report, so you can see what landed and what bounced. Credit is topped up by M-Pesa, and a REST API lets other systems fire transactional messages and OTPs programmatically.

Upload, segment, and manage contact lists, with opt-out handling built in.

Every message tracked to a provider delivery report: sent, delivered, or failed.
M-Pesa top-ups
