Football Kenya Federation runs the country's official cup and league competitions. We built and operate tickets.footballkenya.org, the official cup matchday ticketing platform, on the Tikiti engine that already powered Homeboyz events and the SOYA Awards.
The system handles multi-venue cup fixtures, dynamic pricing per tier, and idempotent M-Pesa checkout (every gate-day fan trying to top up under load is a duplicate-charge risk). Barcoded tickets are issued on purchase and scanned at the gate. Role-scoped admin keeps FKF staff, venue managers, and support each on their own data slice. The Mozzart Bet Cup Semi-Finals on 16 May 2026 ran through this platform.

Cup matches across stadiums, with per-venue inventory and seat-tier pricing tracked in real time.
Dynamic pricing
Early-bird, standard, VIP, and gate-day surcharge tiers. Group bulk allocations for team buys.
M-Pesa STK Push
Daraja STK with transaction-reference idempotency. Prevents double charges during matchday load spikes.
Barcode gate scan
Every ticket carries a barcode generated at purchase, validated at the gate via mobile scanners.
Role-scoped admin
Filament + Spatie Shield. FKF staff, venue managers, and support each see only what their role needs.
Match analytics
Sold-out tracking, no-show analytics, revenue by price tier, capacity forecasting per fixture.
