The story

Tikiti is the multi-event ticketing engine behind tickets.footballkenya.org, soya.tikiti.co.ke, and the Homeboyz events catalogue. One SaaS engine running many independent events under a single set of operational primitives.

The engagement is engineering consultancy: we ship the event and venue hierarchy, the dynamic pricing matrix, the M-Pesa STK Push reconciliation, the QR ticket lifecycle from issued → transferred → scanned → void. Real-time inventory per section is the load-bearing piece. Every concurrent purchase during an event launch has to see consistent capacity, and the reconciliation has to settle within seconds of payment.

What we built

Concrete features that are in production today. No roadmap items.

Multi-event SaaS

One engine powers FKF cup ticketing, SOYA Awards, and the full Homeboyz events catalogue. Per-organiser admin scoping.

Dynamic pricing

Early-bird, standard, VIP, group bulk allocations. Time-based and inventory-based pricing rules.

M-Pesa STK Push

Daraja STK with transaction-reference reconciliation. Idempotent callbacks survive load spikes at event launch.

QR ticket lifecycle

Issued → transferred (guest list) → scanned (entry) → void (no-show). Every transition tracked.

Real-time admin

Filament Trend widget for sales velocity, capacity utilisation, and cancellation tracking. Refresh-free.

Notifications

Transactional email + SMS for purchase confirmations, transfers, and entry reminders.

What stands out
